DUBRASKA TOVAR  NYS Licensed RE Salesperson. 

Dubraska is a native of Venezuela, moving to the Hudson Valley in 2010.  She comes to us as a member of our Marketing Team and will also work closely with our Spanish speaking clients.  Dubraska comes to us from Wells Fargo where she was a mortgage loan originator, and offers a deep understanding of the mortgage process and the Hudson Valley real estate market. Her fluency in both English and Spanish, will enable our Spanish speaking clients to fully understand the entire home buying and selling processes, and as an immigrant herself, she will also guide our international clients through the immigration process.  

PETRA STONE  NYS Licensed RE Salesperson

Petra Stone has joined our Hudson Valley team as a Local Area Specialist. Her background is in is in business startups from natural skin care, to local spirits and craft beer.  Most recently a commercial real estate agent and will service both commercial and residential clients. Petra lives in the historic district of Newburgh and joins our Mid Hudson team servicing Dutchess, Ulster, northern Orange and north Sullivan counties.  Petra loves hiking with her son and dog, and loves cooking and eating out.

SAO DAVIS  NYS Licensed RE Salesperson

Sao Davis is a seasoned REALTOR® and is now a Local Area Specialist at Global Property Systems, coming to us from Keller Williams in Rockland County to work with local and many of our international clients. Her family is originally from Thailand, but she was raised in Cambodia, and is fluent in Khmer, the official language of Cambodia.
She moved to New York's Rockland County via California twenty years ago and will be servicing our clients in the Hudson Valley of New York.
