The Huffington Post and Country Living are online news aggregators, digital magazines that collect and re-publish articles, blogs, news stories and (bless 'em) write about real estate for sale that they find interesting. How lucky for our clients at 259 Van Tuyl Road in Lumberland, NY that their home, rebuilt from an abandoned school house, caught the eye of editors at HuffPo and Country Living.
The Country Living articlecalled it a "Dream Home," and titled their article "Eight Reasons We Want to Buy This Magical Converted Schoolhouse." HuffPo's articlewas titled "This Abandoned Schoolhouse Is Actually A Gorgeous Getaway," and marveled at the property's bargain price of $649,000, including its eclectic furnishings.
Like they say, there's no such thing as bad publicity!
