But many sellers seem to think that after signing the contract, their job is pretty much done. The listing agent can counsel and assist the sellers throughout the process, but the seller will realize the best overall results by being fully aware of all aspects of the process. Ask questions, find out what happens and when. Having the seller onboard for every aspect of the selling process will help greatly inthe sale of a property.
