A portion "Libet" Johnson's 600-acre Lightning Tree Farm estate near Milbrook, NY is up for sale. Following Elizabeth "Libet" Johnson's passing in 2017, the remaining Johnson's, heirs to the Johnson & Johnson brand fortune have been carving up and selling portions of the original estate. This week, the crown jewel of the property has been listed with H.W Guernsey Realtors Inc. ML, and the price has been set at $13 million.
The lucky buyer of the property will get an
18,000-square-foot mansion, a limestone pool, a pool house, two garages, a guest cottage, a caretaker's apartment, stables, a riding ring, and the only private helipad in Dutchess County.
