I don't know why, but in one of our recent newsletters, we got a lot of interest in an app we profiled called addressreport.com. It issues a demographic report on any property, neighborhood or town in America. If missed our newsletter, we thought you might want to check it out. With it, you can get a "bird's-eye view" of any home. Just type in an address and get a value range for almost any property, even condos and co-ops. AddressReport also provides:
- A sampling of recent sales in the area.
- Cost-of-living data.
- Median income for the neighborhood.
- Commuting info.
- Detailed school reports.
- A list of local restaurants.
- Automated valuation model-based estimates for any property.
With all this information, it's like having a your own private team in the Census Bureau, town hall and tourism office!
How does this work? AddressReport uses software to issue estimated values for a given property, based on the latest local data. The result is a mathematically generated home value range based on proprietary information.
It's a terrific tool for both buyers and sellers, or anyone active in the real estate market. So check it out by clicking on the link above, or here.
